Our Electrostatic Precipitators feature a robust, durable, and elegant all-metal housing designed to efficiently remove grease and smoke from commercial cooking plumes. These systems work on the principle of electrostatic precipitation and are highly effective at getting rid of smoke, grease, mist, and other particulate matter while keeping pressure drop minimal.

How It Works:

Inside the all-metal housing, a Prefilter, Electrostatic Cell, and Postfilter are placed in series. Contaminated air is drawn by an external blower through a washable metal mesh pre-filter, which traps large dust particles. The air then passes through an electrostatic cell that traps fine particulate matter like oil, smoke, and grease, before exiting through a Postfilter.

Solid contaminants are held on the electrostatic cells until they are washed off. Liquid contaminants are collected in a bottom tray and can be drained out. For easy maintenance, all internal components can be slid out through a side access door. The control box, which houses all electrical components, is conveniently mounted on this same side access door for periodic cleaning.
